  Theyre friendly ok..but some very sneaky in not handing over ebays and i was told about this post office doing this by someone else prior.

  Very bad in ebay handling and i had to ask specifically for items i knew where at thr post office thru Auspost tracking and ebay notifications.

  Terrible, slow service, always a line, rude staff that blame you for missing parcels (even though the parcel is sitting in their back office for over a week!!) staff dont speak English properly.

  Mailperson is completely useless. Refuses to ring doorbell for signed packages. Instead, takes them directly to the shop where I have to pick them up.

  All the staff need to be dismissed and dealt with legally and replaced by competant staff.

  My Auspost parcel locker account was hacked and i was blocked out of it immediately when i opened the account.

  I work from home and I constantly get cards saying parcels are waiting for me at Coogee office and it is one of the busiest offices in the east during summer. Doorbell never rings.

  Also..waiting for mail..important letter..checking with this post office for about 2 weeks...finally got the letter stamp dated 11th May but not given until the 24th May.

  The young caucasion Man is exceptional and older Gentlman seem good though and i like theyre service.
